Now, 80, John Murray began drawing when he was 3 years old. Fresh and surprising, emotionally personal and private, his work continues to present him with challenges. Working in many media, John studied printmaking at the School of the Museum of Fine Art. Every piece is an adventure fraught with danger and the potential for failure. He considers himself a postmodern art maker and hopes viewers enjoy his efforts.
