Join us for a virtual session of our popular STEM program where we explore the basic properties of science in an easy and fun way. Get ready for Little Lab Coats: Science of Cooking! Trade your science goggles for chef hats as we explore the science going on in our very own kitchens. Understand the science behind taste, what makes food delicious, and unique ways chefs use science to create edible masterpieces. Registration (required) is only available for ages 6-9. Space is limited. Online registration begins Monday, March 29 at 9am. Registration will close on Sunday, April 4 at 6pm. A zoom link will be sent the day before the program.
