Find Happiness through Mindfulness, Yoga & Meditation

Experience ancient practices of breathing and meditation in an informal virtual setting. Discover secrets to increasing happiness in everyday life and learn ways to make it grow each day. Yoga mats are optional. No previous experience required. Appropriate for ages 14+.

 

Registration for this program will end two hours before the start time. The Zoom login information will be sent just after registration closes. Please be sure to check your spam folder in case it lands there.
