Tween Mindfulness

Take a break and relax with these 25-minute mindfulness sessions designed for tweens! Lauren Masse leads this four week workshop with activities including yoga, breathing techniques, stress management, and self-awareness. We meet on Mondays at 3:30pm. Online registration is required. Register once for all 4 sessions: 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, and 8/24. For ages 9-13. 

Following registration for this class, the Zoom meeting link, as well as any materials needed, will be sent to your email address the day before each session.
