CANCELLED! The Impact of the 19th Amendment on Women’s Careers

Join us for a screening of On the Basis of Sex (Rated PG. Runtime 120 minutes). Following the movie, Associate Superior Court Justice Elizabeth Fahey will speak about how the passage of the 19th amendment and Title IX allowed her, and so many other women, to pursue careers in their chosen fields. This program is part of a year-long series of events sponsored by the Women’s Right-to-Vote Coalition of Newton. (Please note the early start time for this event!)
