Do you have a plan for what to do in case of a severe climate-related emergency? Join City of Newton emergency planners from the Health and Human Services and Fire Departments for a workshop that will cover:
- Understanding how climate change affects health
- Preparing with an “all-hazards” approach
- Making a plan specific to your family
- Putting together an emergency kit and more
This program is part of Climate Preparedness Week organized by Communities Responding to Extreme Weather (CREW) in partnership with the Massachusetts Library System.
