Come experience ancient practices of breathing and meditation in an informal setting. Discover secrets to increasing happiness in everyday life and learn ways to make it grow each day. Patrons age 14 and older are welcome to join. Yoga mats are optional.

15 chairs in a semi circle facing the window. Tri pod with pad and marker. Use the stanchions to block off the side aisles along the outside walls of the building. Put the "space is being used" sign in the middle of the arc.
