ELL - Short Story Discussion Group
Event box

We will read short stories that have been adapted for English learners. During our classes, we will discuss the stories and share our opinions about them. Students will answer questions based on the stories and will have the opportunity to read aloud to practice pronunciation. Students must be able to attend class and read the assigned story every week. This class is for intermediate to high intermediate English learners.
This class meets in person (on the second floor of the library) on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m., from September 10 until October 29, 2025.
The teacher's name is Karen. For more information, please contact Andrew Shapira, ELL Program Coordinator, at 617-796-1364 or newtonell@minlib.net.
