[CLASS FULL] ELL - Learning Idioms, Expressions, and Phrasal Verbs

Do you know what it means to "fix up" someone? When do we "hit the sack"? What is an example of something that is "easier said than done"? In this class we will learn idioms, expressions, and phrasal verbs like these, while also practicing conversation. This class is for high intermediate students.

The class meets in person (on the third floor of the library) on Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m., from September 10 until November 12, 2025.

The teacher's name is Lucy. For more information, please contact Andrew Shapira, ELL Program Coordinator, at 617-796-1364 or newtonell@minlib.net.
