Brain Science for Kids with a Neuroscientist!

Join former-professor-turned-children's-author Dr. Danna Zeiger for a brain-minded afternoon! Listen to a reading of her new book about cerebral palsy advocacy and brain injury research (REWRITING THE RULES) and learn about Dr. Kathleen Friel, an award-winning scientist with cerebral palsy who runs a research lab developing therapies for kids with cerebral palsy! This growth mindset fostering event also includes hands-on brain modeling, neuron-sparking games, take-home brain hats, and lots of brainy fun!
