Addressing Family Stress

May is Mental Health Month! Alongside Families for Depression Awareness and the City of Newton Health and Human Services, parents and caregivers will learn how to identify symptoms of stress in themselves and family members, manage stress as a family, respond when symptoms become “more than stress”. This workshop is facilitated by FFDA staff and delivered by a licensed mental health professional.
