In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Newton Department of Health and Human Services, the Cooper Center, and the Newton Free Library present Mental Health Across the Lifespan: Balancing Older Adult Care, Kids, Career & More with Liz O’Donnell.
 
Founder of Working Daughter and author of two award-winning books, Liz O’Donnell will lead you through a discussion about balancing eldercare with all of life’s responsibilities. Learn practical and actionable strategies for not only surviving caregiving but actually thriving during and after.
