This is an opportunity to re-ignite your motivation and get a clear sense of direction. Create a Vision Board to refuel your personal vision. We will discuss the importance of the vision board theory as you assemble your vision board. Present your vision board to the group (if you would like to). All materials will be provided.

Preparation for class:  Focus on ONE thing you want in your life. Be as specific as you can. Think big, pull out those negative stops. Visualize your ideal future. Enjoy cutting out pictures & words that support your intention. Don't hold back!
