Banned Books Week: Bracelets, Buttons, & Stickers!
Event box

We're celebrating Banned Books Week with bracelet, button, and sticker-making! Banned Books Week was launched in 1982 in response to a sudden surge in the number of challenges to books in schools, bookstores and libraries. The censorship of books continues to this day in many schools, libraries, and bookstores around the country. This year's Banned Book Week starts Sunday, September 22nd and ends Saturday, September 28th. For those in grades 5-12.
