Plant Swap

Have a houseplant that you no longer need and wish to trade, or do you want to share cuttings from some of your plants? Drop by our 3rd Annual Plant Swap to meet fellow plant enthusiasts and find the perfect new plant for your home.

We request that plants be healthy with no pests, mold, or disease, are labeled (if possible!), and can be in soil or cuttings in water (please only bring pots that you are willing to part with). Most plants are welcome-- seedlings, bulbs, cuttings, houseplants, outdoor plants in containers, even small trees, as long as they can easily fit in a car and are not excessively heavy. The more plants/cuttings you bring, the more you can take!

How it works: This event will start promptly at 2pm. For however many plants you bring, you can take the same amount home. However, you can also drop off plants as donations if you don't want to take new plants home. At the end of the event, any leftover plants will be offered as a first-come first-served basis even if you did not bring any with you.

Registration is not required but encouraged. If you have any questions, please email Aiden at athomas@minlib.net.
