Celebrating the Asian Lunar New Year of the Dragon

Join us for a special cultural performance and learn about the annual Festival in this Year of the Dragon. People from many Asian countries observe the Lunar New Year by putting on their national costumes, singing and dancing, and playing ensemble music with traditional and modern instruments. Seen as an expression of their love, in our community, the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures makes the Festival celebrations even more special. All are welcome to this family-friendly, in-person event. There will be snacks, programs and interactive games with prizes!

This event is cosponsored by Newton Education Support Network, Chinese American Association of Newton and Newton Chinese Language School.
