[CLASS FULL] ELL - All the News That's Fit to Chat About

There is good news and there is bad news. There is news about heroes and criminals, politicians and artists, celebrities and world leaders. Join us for conversations about the types of news that interest you. Short readings and video clips will be assigned to help prepare for our conversations, and relevant idioms and vocabulary will be introduced each week. This class is for intermediate and advanced English learners.

This class meets in person (on the first floor of the library) on Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m., from September 27 until November 15, 2023.

The teachers' names are Susan L. and Barbara R. For more information, please contact Andrew Shapira, Program Coordinator, at 617-796-1364 or newtonell@minlib.net.
